INSTALACIÓN DE CÉSPED ARTIFICIAL
DEPORTIVO
Para afrontar la obra de una instalación deportiva de césped artificial, como un campo de fútbol por ejemplo, debemos seguir los siguientes pasos:PROYECTO: Es necesario un Proyecto de Obra emitido por un arquitecto que levantará plano topográfico del terreno, hará un estudio de mediciones y el estudio de la partida de ejecución.
OBRA: La obra se puede realizar de dos formas. La más común es la base asfáltica o de cemento, por lo que se ha de preparar el terreno mediante excavación, aportación de gravas y tierra nueva, compactación del terreno y capas de asfalto dando a la superficie las pendientes necesarias para recoger el agua de riego o de lluvias, e instalar los colectores necesarios alrededor del campo.
Para la compactación de gravas se utilizan tres tipos de gravas de diferente calibre, de mayor a menor, se colocan los tubos del drenaje (cada 10 m.) y se instalan los colectores necesarios para recoger el agua.
RIEGO: En cuanto al riego también puede ser interno o externo, el interno, se afrontaría de igual forma que un campo de césped natural y solo se plantea en los campo con gravas, el externo, más generalizado, se realiza colocando seis cañones de aspersión, uno en cada corner y otros dos en el centro del campo al lado de las líneas laterales. Normalmente se instala un deposito para poder dar a los aspersores la potencia necesaria para regar el campo, instalando las bombas que se crean oportunas y esto sirve también, para poder recoger el agua de riego y reutilizarla.

La arena: El cesped artificial tiene que estar lastrado con arena de sílice con una granulometría de 0.2-0.5 mm y cubrir un poco más de la mitad de la altura de las fibras sintéticas. Cuanto más arena tenga el producto más alargará su duración, ya que actúa como protección. Es importante comprobar periódicamente el estado de la arena ya que por efecto de la climatología, el uso y dependiendo de la orografía del terreno, pueda desplazarse, dejando algunas zonas con demasiada arena, y otras en las que aparezcan calvas.
Conviene rastrillar la arena para nivelarla, utilizando siempre un cepillo de barrendero, de puntas blandas. Nunca utilizar un rastrillo con puntas de metal. En caso de que fuera necesario no dude en añadir más arena de sílice para mantener siempre la cantidad recomendada en toda la superficie.
La limpieza: No requiere ningún producto específico, únicamente aplicar agua para limpiar la suciedad de polución, o materias orgánicas como polen, etc. Si tiene que limpiar alguna mancha de grasas, heces de mascotas, etc. que no pueda limpiar solo con agua, puede utilizar jabón neutro. Nunca utilice disolventes.
Reparaciones: Recomendamos que todas las reparaciones sean realizadas por la empresa instaladora.

El césped artificial es un producto de alta calidad y de larga duración fabricado con la última tecnología aplicada a las fibras sintéticas de polietileno. Resiste las inclemencias metereológicas, lluvia, nieve, frió, calor, sol, etc. Es respetuoso con el medio ambiente, y no afecta a las plantas y árboles de su jardín.
La garantía de calidad DIN 18035 cubre por un periodo de siete años: 1. El envejecimiento prematuro del producto como consecuencia de la acción solar (rayosUV). 2. La perdida de densidad de las fibras en más del cincuenta por ciento como consecuencia de una perdida de tensión del cosido.
La calidad del césped artificial, esta contrastada por diferentes test de resistencia EN13672, test de resistencia climatológica y de pigmentación EN 13864.
El mantenimiento del césped artificial es muy sencillo, pero es importante que se realice periódicamente para asegurar la durabilidad del producto. Si se hace un buen uso y mantenimiento del césped artificial puede alargar muchos años la vida del producto.
